We're currently hiring for a customer-focused individual to hit the ground running in a fast-paced client services team.

Role overview

As a Client Administrator at Karman Digital, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of client campaigns and projects.

Working to timely demands and often on multiple clients, projects and campaigns, you will ultimately be responsible for delivering a high quality service dealing with any day-to-day client queries along the way.

You will be working closely with the assigned project manager and client account manager; supporting their client contact, administration and management of multiple projects and campaigns.

A typical day

  • Supporting new business administration

  • Booking new jobs in

  • Setting up the jobs and tasks in ClickUp, our project management tool

  • Creating quotes

  • Invoicing and finance tracker updates

  • Client calls and follow-up actions

  • Arranging/setting up meetings

  • Quality checking work before it goes to the client 

  • Facilitating team scrums and follow-up actions

  • Running weekly status reports, clients reports and billing reports

  • General client administration

Skills, competencies and experience

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Previous agency experience would be preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Accustomed to multi-tasking, working to deadlines and effectively prioritising 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and process

  • A background in marketing and/or communications

  • Experience of using ClickUp would be an advantage

  • Reliable, highly organised, self-starter

Hours - Full Time

Salary  - Based on experience: £21,000 - £25,000

Location - We have an office in Macclesfield, Cheshire, but operate a work from anywhere, anytime policy.
