We're currently hiring for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our growing team.

Role overview

As a Digital Account Manager at Karman Digital, your main responsibility will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients to help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

To have fun and enjoy this role you’ll be an excellent communicator, naturally able to engage with others and build relationships. 

Some clients may want a far-reaching online presence, better lead generation or a more streamlined marketing and sales process. Your role will be extremely varied and important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.


  • The ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

  • The skills to investigate and determine clients’ wants and needs and plan and implement digital strategies that ensure we make a positive impact for the client.

  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure client work is delivered on time and on budget.

  • Prepare and present client reports on progress and recommend plans to increase ROI.

  • Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.

  • Respond to any client issues or requirements as they are brought to your attention.

  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that relationships are commercially successful for us and the client.

  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.


Skills, competencies and experience

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role, whether client or agency side, including exposure to, or experience of, creating and delivering marketing plans and strategies.

  • The ability to gain a deep understanding of the client's proposition and target audience to ensure all activity is aligned to creating a positive impact.

  • Experience in communicating marketing plans, activity and performance to key stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.

  • The ability to operate within an agile environment with changing client priorities and resource requirements.

  • A strong understanding of a wide range of digital marketing tools and methodologies including content marketing, SEO, paid media and social.

  • Well organised and an outstanding communicator.

Hours - Full Time

Salary  - Based on experience: £30,000 - £36,000

Location - We have an office in Macclesfield, Cheshire, but operate a work from anywhere, anytime policy.
