Role overview
This role is responsible for ensuring we create an impact for clients. You will oversee the successful delivery of a range of digital projects across the agency that will include planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of the project.
You will be an organiser and implementer, identifying project goals and then working with the wider team to ensure projects are commercially successful for all parties.
You will be an exceptional communicator and have a solid understanding of what it means to deliver excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management for web development, software development and CRM deployment
- Manage the scoping and quoting of projects as part of the pre-sale process
- Develop project plans, support with project onboarding tasks through to the delivery of a client project
- Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure work remains on track for success
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed and that quality standards are met
- Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues, including communicating with key stakeholders
- Make judgement calls within an agile work environment in relation to the prioritisation and delivery of work, including the resources required.
- Act as the primary conduit between the client and fulfilment team in the delivery of project work
Skills, competencies and experience
- Degree educated in a related field or having equivalent professional qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in an agency environment
- High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
- Able to think proactively and problem solve using own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Experience of using tools such as Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com is desirable
- Confident in using digital tools for the management of workloads and communication
- A clear understanding of project management methodologies and able to apply this thinking into practical uses to ensure project success
Hours - Full Time
Location - Macclesfield, Cheshire or remote working
