We are a leading HubSpot Diamond Partner agency seeking an experienced and visionary Head of HubSpot Services to lead our team of experts.

This critical role will advance our HubSpot offering, ensure team proficiency, strengthen our partnership with HubSpot, and deliver exceptional client results.

As a member of our leadership team, you'll play a significant role in our digital transformation efforts, client engagements, and exploring new commercial opportunities

Key responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a dedicated team of HubSpot specialists, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Proposition Evolution: Continuously develop our HubSpot services to align with client needs, the HubSpot partner roadmap and market developments.
  • Skills and Knowledge Enhancement: Ensure the team is well-versed in HubSpot functionality and digital transformation strategies, utilising both internal and external resources and supporting the development of our ‘HubSpot Pathway’.
  • HubSpot Relationship Management: Strengthen and maintain our relationship with HubSpot, securing our position as a leading partner.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Offer guidance and coaching to team members, aiding their growth and our collective success.
  • Agency Leadership Team Participation: Actively contribute to the agency's strategic planning and operational efficiency as a member of the leadership team.
  • Client Engagement Leadership: Direct client projects, guaranteeing exceptional delivery of HubSpot solutions and fostering robust client relations.
  • Lean Delivery Framework Application: Working with delivery and account managers to implement lean methodologies to streamline project delivery and enhance outcomes.
  • Commercial Opportunities Development: Identify and capitalise on partner and client opportunities to deliver positive commercial outcomes.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with the business development, technical development team, account managers, and delivery teams to ensure the creation of great client outcomes, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared success.
  • Supplier and partner engagement: Identify and develop partnerships that contribute to the overall success of our HubSpot services.
  • Hatch Proposition: Work with colleagues to influence and support the development and success of our Hatch for Advisers HubSpot proposition.

Skills, competencies and experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a HubSpot partner agency or similar environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HubSpot CRM and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience leading client projects and applying lean methodologies for efficient delivery.
  • Strong business acumen with a history of identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.
