Changes at Karman Digital

There are some exciting changes that you may see from us over the coming weeks and months.

You may be aware that we operate two agencies, Karman Digital and ClientsFirst. ClientsFirst was established in 2010, providing marketing support to financial advice businesses. In 2020 we launched Karman Digital, which specialises in HubSpot development and support. ClientsFirst Limited and Karman Digital Limited are separate companies with identical shareholdings.

As we've evolved, it has become increasingly clear that these two brands, ClientsFirst and Karman Digital, are more aligned than ever, and offer almost identical services. There is no real benefit to operating with two separate companies and it causes some inefficiencies.

As a result we have decided to merge ClientsFirst and Karman Digital. Moving forward, we will use the Karman Digital brand and trading style, but for simplicity we will use ClientsFirst Limited as the trading entity.

There will be no change to the people you work with, or how you communicate with us. At some point over the next few months we will ask you to re-contract with Karman Digital as trading style of ClientsFirst Limited. Your terms will not change, only the legal entity you are contracting with.

We wanted to give you early notification as you might see reference to ClientsFirst Limited in our communications, once Karman Digital becomes a trading style of ClientsFirst Limited.
