Whitelisting and access

Once your account has been whitelisted for installation, navigate to the Hatch listing on the Intelliflo Office (IO) app store page to begin the install process.
Complete the Intelliflo install flow

Follow the guided installation steps within the Intelliflo app store. As part of this flow, you'll be redirected to install the HubSpot app, which connects the two platforms. Simply follow the prompts to complete this step.
Confirm a successful connection

Once installation is complete, you'll be redirected back to the Intelliflo app page, where a success message will confirm that Hatch has been installed correctly.
Set up your Service status

Our team will work with you in HubSpot to configure the Service status for your initial installation, ensuring everything is mapped correctly from the outset.
Configure your sync rules

Finally, set up your sync rules for importing data and review the advisers connected to your users before running the initial sync. Taking a moment to check these connections helps ensure your contacts, owners, and records align accurately from day one.
