Step 1:
Enable Hatch for your IO tenant
Hatch needs to be added to internal systems to be installed correctly, so we start by enabling it for your Intelliflo Office tenant.
Step 2:
Install the HubSpot app connection
You’ll follow a guided install process for the HubSpot app to connect HubSpot and IO securely and correctly.
Step 3:
Configure sync rules and mapping
We help you configure settings in HubSpot so synchronisation and mapping reflect how your firm works; including matching logic and owner alignment.
Step 4:
Go live and monitor
Once live, Hatch keeps records up to date automatically. We’ll confirm key records are syncing as expected and that your teams understand how to work with the joined-up data.
