The standard support package is on a ‘fair use’ basis. This is a great support option for those that may need a little hand holding from time to time over and above support offered directly by HubSpot.

What support package is best for us?

For small businesses, once you're up and running, we would expect that you won't require an ongoing support package. There are plenty of helpful resources available online.

However, if you're a larger business, or just like the idea of someone to call on to help resolve things then a Standard Support Package may best.
