PodSpot #2 - Smart content: Personalisation made easy with Donal Keaveney

In this episode of PodSpot, the unofficial UK HubSpot podcast, Matt Wood, Digital Strategist at Karman Digital, talks with Donal Keaveney, Go-to-Market Lead for CMS Hub at HubSpot EMEA. Together they discuss both the CMS Hub and a favourite HubSpot tool, smart content.

Donal shares his thoughts on what makes smart content a major differentiator for HubSpot. He emphasises the ease of use and the ability smart content has to enhance customer and prospect interaction. Donal reminds us that personalisation is already heavily in play and notes some examples of companies that do this really well.

Donal and Matt go on to explore what the future holds for personalisation and smart content, particularly in terms of how it will affect marketing. In Donal’s view, websites will become so personalised that they will feel more like one-to-one experiences rather than the generic experience they do at the moment. Matt then tries valiantly to get a sneak peek into HubSpot’s roadmap for the near future.
