This month got off to a very nice start with an email from the lovely folks at the HubSpot awards team: Karman Digital has won a Q2 Impact award!
Each quarter, HubSpot holds the Impact awards programme for its Solutions Partners to submit entries that showcase exceptional client stories. They call for submissions in one of five categories:
- Grow Better: Service
- Grow Better: Marketing
- Grow Better: Sales
- Website Design
- Integrations innovation
Winning any category is exciting, but we are especially proud to have won the Grow Better: Service award for the work we did with Learndirect and HubSpot’s Service Hub. This online learning provider has been a wonderful client to work with and we have been able to really push ourselves and the Learndirect team to achieve outstanding results.

This award focuses on removing friction and applying positive movement through Service Hub. From building a Knowledge Base to streamlining the customer service workflow and increasing reporting, our work with Learndirect was a full customer support overhaul.
Since implementing these changes, the Learndirect team has seen significant increases in satisfaction, less time spent on each service ticket and fewer contact points needed for resolution. This means better customer experiences and longer customer relationships.
This was a great effort by the Karman team and we are so proud of everyone who was involved in the project. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’ve got some celebrating to do!
